Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Set up and explicit dining tables before and after service.
Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.
Ensure food and beverages are served according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.
Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Assist with restaurant opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.

Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel/restaurant is preferred.




Freshers with positive communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
