Role Overview:

We are hiring a energetic and result-oriented Sr. HR Executive with 2–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be preferred.

Job Description:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.




Conduct employee engagement activities and handle grievances.
Assist in performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
Support management in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate in HR preferred.
Experience: 2–6 years in HR operations; IT recruitment experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, HR tools, and documentation.
Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Thane / nearby areas preferred.

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
