Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in aseptic handling techniques and operation of Biosafety Cabinets.
Experience in upstream processing, including activities from vial thawing to harvest.
Preparation and review of quality documents such as Batch Checklists, Protocols, and SOPs.
Experience in Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB) preparation.
Knowledge and operational experience with Single-Use Bioreactors and Stainless-Steel (SS) Bioreactors.
Equipment Handling Experience
Candidates should have experience operating the following equipment:
CEDEX Bio Biochemistry Analyzer
Vi-CELL BLU Automated Cell Counter
Biosafety Cabinet (BSC)
Blood Gas Analyzer
