Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide professional and courteous assistance.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow defined processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.




Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
Meet assigned performance, productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Participate actively in training and process updates.
Work effectively in a rotational shift workplace, including night shifts where applicable.

Candidate Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
