Perform microbial limit tests (MLT), sterility tests, endotoxin tests (LAL), and bioburden tests.
Conduct sampling in production, filling, and sterile areas (air monitoring, surface swabs, personnel monitoring).
Perform sampling and testing of potable and purified water.
Prepare media, reagents, and perform growth promotion tests; operate and calibrate autoclaves, LAF, and incubators.
Maintain records in compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Positive Documentation Practices (GDP).
Assist in Out of Specification (OOS) investigations, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
