Role & responsibilities
Search and identify relevant job prospects on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, etc.
Coordinate and schedule student interviews with companies.
Inform students about job openings, interviews, and feedback.
Follow up with companies and maintain placement records.
Build relationships with HRs, recruiters, and corporate partners.
Organize campus drives, job fairs, and employer interactions.
Maintain accurate student placement data and reports.
Coordinate with Training, Counselling, and Management teams.
Assist students with placements, resumes, and interview preparation.
Prepare monthly placement and activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience Any Graduate. experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, or a similar sector.
Education: Any Graduatto.
Skills: Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, relationship management, and basic knowledge of job portals.
