Role & responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and application support teams to foster high performance and skilled growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that directly align with overarching business goals and future growth roadmaps.
Operations & Service Delivery: Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure high system availability, and maintain excellence in service delivery.
Security & Compliance: Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, data backups, and robust disaster recovery protocols.
Project & Vendor Management: Direct end-to-end IT projects, manage technology budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale effective IT solutions.
Digital Transformation: Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and lead digital transformation projects across the enterprise.

Progressive experience in IT management, infrastructure, and operations.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Core Technical Skills:
IT Strategy & Leadership: Proven track record of setting technical vision and leading cross-functional teams.
Infrastructure & Cloud: Extensive experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise networks.
Cybersecurity: Solid foundation in risk management, compliance, data protection, and disaster recovery strategies.
Project & Operations: Demonstrated success in IT service delivery, budgeting, and third-party vendor management.
Preferred Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
