Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic In-House Sales Trainer to develop and strengthen the sales capabilities of our automobile sales team. The role will be responsible for conducting product, sales, customer-handling, negotiation, and process training to improve showroom performance, customer experience, conversion ratios, and overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular training programs for Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
Deliver product and automobile knowledge training, including vehicle features, specifications, technology, variants, pricing, finance options, accessories, and competitor comparisons.
Train the sales team on the complete customer journey, from lead generation and enquiry handling to test drive, negotiation, booking, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.




Develop employees' skills in:
Customer engagement and communication
Need analysis and probing
Product presentation
Demonstration and test-drive handling
Objection handling
Negotiation and closing techniques
Lead follow-up and conversion
Upselling and cross-selling
Customer relationship management
Provide coaching and one-to-one feedback to underperforming sales personnel.
Identify individual and team-level training gaps through performance analysis and field observation.
Work closely with Sales Managers to understand business challenges and design relevant training interventions.
Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly recruited sales employees.
Keep the sales team updated on current vehicle launches, product changes, offers, schemes, CRM processes, and market developments.
