We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Ward Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in Ward settings.
Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans.
Handle emergency situations effectively and promptly.
Requirements
Diploma / B.Sc Nursing
Valid nursing registration/license.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ward Nursing
Robust clinical assessment and critical care skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work rotational shifts
