Summary of the role:

As an Senior Engineering Manager on the Loyalty Platform & Communications squad, you will lead the team responsible for operating, integrating, and evolving Levi Strauss & Co.’s global loyalty and customer communications ecosystem.

This role is focused on supporting and scaling a strategic vendor-based loyalty product, while owning the engineering abstractions, integrations, process automations, market onboarding patterns, and operational practices that make the platform successful across countries and channels.

You will partner closely with Product, Business, Architecture, Security, Data, Marketing, regional teams, and external vendors to ensure loyalty benefits, rewards, offers, and communications are delivered reliably across web,



mobile, retail, email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.

This role reports to Director, IT Microservices. Our team is based out of Bangalore location and works in a hybrid mode.

About the role:

Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own delivery planning and execution for the Loyalty Platform & Communications roadmap, balancing business outcomes, platform health, vendor dependencies, and operational stability.
- Manage team capacity, hiring, prioritization, and delivery rituals to ensure sustainable execution across a globally distributed environment.
- Coach engineers to make pragmatic decisions that balance speed, reliability, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution.

Vendor Product Ownership
- Own the technical operation and evolution of a vendor-bas
