We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr.Manager/ Associate Director – Workspace Leasing & Account Management to lead client relationship efforts and manage workspace solutions for a diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate strategy, client solutions, and market expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Supply Acquisition:

o Drive/ Assist the Workspace leasing team to shortlist right supply options for GCC clients across key metro cities in India (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai etc).
o Negotiate and maintain relationship with landlords and support in negotiation and document closures (LOI/ Lease deeds etc)

•Client Leasing & Account Management:

o Contribute in Client solutioning basis client’s office space requirements keeping in mind ramp up plans, geographical location of preference and structuring custom solution.
o Support clients throughout the journey of expansion at every step and provide a satisfactory solution for the same.




o Advise clients from time to time on their expectation from Workspace team as a whole and ensure client satisfaction

•Advisory and Support:

oConduct property inspections with clients and assist in shortlisting properties that meet their requirements.
oDeliver location and financial advisory to clients to aid clients in informed decision-making.
oOversee the process from initial engagement to office handover, ensuring smooth transition for the client
oKeep a track on market trends, upcoming supply, and regulatory updates

•Portfolio Management:

oManage diverse client portfolios, providing end-to-end strategic solutions for workspace needs.
oCollaborate with internal teams, broker networks, and corporate real estate stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies.

•Market Expansion:
o Identify and capitalize on recent market opportunities to drive regional growth.
o Contribute to significant client expansion efforts, including large-scale office acquisitions.
