Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Associate who can independently identify new business opportunities, generate qualified B2B leads, connect with decision-makers, understand customer requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and convert prospects into active clients.

This role involves end-to-end business development,



from prospect identification and lead generation to sales conversion and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through multiple channels.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, networking platforms, business databases and WhatsApp business groups.
- Research industry exhibitions and trade shows to identify potential customers.
- Identify relevant business opportunities in logistics, transportation, courier, warehousing and supply-chain segments.
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to prospective customers.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.

Prospect Qualification
- Understand the prospect's business model and requirements.
- Assess potential opportunities based on business needs, shipment volumes, geography and service requirements.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and maintain a structured prospect database.
