Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
.

Location: Meerut

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the project, including construction, sales, finance, vendor management, labour management, quality control and business operations.

Required Profile:

· Full-time regular B. Tech in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry

· Proven experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction

· Strong knowledge of civil engineering, project execution, finance and sales

· Experience in managing vendors, contractors, labour, procurement and quality

· Solid understanding of the NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh real estate markets

· Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior role within the real estate or construction industry

· Ability to manage project performance, revenue, costs, timelines and cross-functional teams

Compensation:
Up to ₹40 lakh CTC per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, knowledge and suitability for the role.
