1. Drafting & vetting of various agreements and contracts, i.e. Agreement for Sale, Conveyance Deed, POA, Gift Deed, Will, MOUs, Cancellation Deed, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed, Settlement Agreement, Various Contracts etc.
2. Drafting of Legal Notices and Reply etc.
3. Drafting of Police Complaints SRA and MHADA societies redevelopment procedure work Drafting of Development Agreement, POA, PAAA, Consent, MOUs, Scheme Submission documents etc.
4. Co-ordination with Society Committee, Lawyers, Architects and other stakeholders in legal compliances in redevelopment work.
5. Legal due diligence and legal feasibility report before purchase of land / property.

Vetting of agreements pertaining to property law matters & responsible for related litigation processes.
7. Handle and co-ordinate for matters related to land revenue codes, Title Search and Title Certificate.
8. Represent the company in civil court cases as and when necessary.
Liaison with Government Offices and Panel of Lawyers
1. Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
2. Visit competent authorities for documentation, follow up and keep the record of the same.
3. Ensure the tenure of the panel of lawyers are managed and to review their commitment toon an annual basis.
