A leading company in the Interior Design & Architecture industry is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join its growing team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in sales, customer interaction, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Update lead information in CRM systems, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Fresher to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and skilled communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
