We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Executive to support vendor sourcing, pricing, estimation, sales order processing and tender participation.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors, OEMs, distributors, sales teams and internal departments to ensure accurate costing, timely quotation preparation and successful participation in GeM and other government and private tender opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing and Pricing
- Source products, solutions and commercial quotations from OEMs, distributors and authorised vendors.
- Obtain competitive pricing, availability, delivery timelines, warranty terms and payment conditions.
- Collect a minimum of two or more vendor quotations wherever required for comparison.
- Negotiate with vendors for better prices, credit terms, delivery schedules and project support.
- Identify recent vendors and maintain an updated vendor database.
- Follow up with vendors for revised quotations, project pricing and bid-specific authorisation.

Costing and Estimation




- Prepare detailed costing sheets based on customer requirements, BOQs and tender specifications.
- Include product cost, freight, installation, warranty, taxes, bank charges, tender expenses and other applicable costs.
- Calculate gross margin and ensure that quotations comply with the companys approved margin policy.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to validate product specifications, quantities and service requirements.
- Prepare customer estimates and quotations accurately in Zoho Books.
- Revise estimates based on approved technical and commercial changes.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, costing sheets and approval communications.

Sales Order Processing
- Convert approved customer estimates into Sales Orders in Zoho Books.
- Verify customer details, item description, quantity, pricing, GST, payment terms, delivery terms and warranty before booking the order.
