Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer to deliver effective training for candidates preparing for the IELTS examination. The trainer will be responsible for developing learners’ English language proficiency and helping them achieve their desired band scores through structured training, practice, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS training sessions covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive, individualised feedback.
- Train students on IELTS exam patterns, question types, strategies, and time management.
- Conduct regular mock tests and analyse results to track learner progress.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement suitable training strategies.
- Maintain an engaging and interactive classroom environment.




- Support students in achieving their targeted IELTS band scores.
- Stay updated on IELTS examination patterns, assessment criteria, and best practices.
- Perform other ad hoc training and academic responsibilities as required.

Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
- Robust command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IELTS certification with a strong overall band score, preferably 8.0+.
- Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer is preferred.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching with a result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
