This role involves handling bookings, vendor coordination, itinerary management, and providing operational support before, during, and after tours.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Tour Planning & Coordination
- Plan and organize pilgrimage tour packages
- Prepare detailed tour itineraries including travel, accommodation, and darshan schedules
- Coordinate with transport providers, hotels,
and local vendors
- Ensure all tour arrangements are confirmed in advance
2. Booking & Reservations
- Handle bookings for flights, trains, buses, hotels, and special darshan passes
- Maintain booking records and operational documents
- Coordinate ticketing and reservation confirmations
- Monitor availability and manage last-minute changes
3. Vendor Management
- Liaise with hotels, transport operators, guides, and local agents
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained
4. Customer Support & Communication
- Provide tour details and operational updates to clients
- Assist clients with travel documentation and requirements
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues
- Provide support during tour departures and ongoing trips
5. Tour Execution & Monitoring
