Job Title: Outreach Project Handler

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Outreach Project Handler to take charge of our outreach campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, running, and tracking projects to make sure we hit our goals. This role calls for someone who’s detail-oriented, communicates well, and can smoothly coordinate between our internal team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns — from planning and prospecting to execution and reporting — ensuring they meet project goals and timelines.
- Research and identify relevant websites, publishers, influencers, and industry contacts for collaboration opportunities.
- Create personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to build long-term, high-value relationships with partners.
- Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing and brand strategies.
- Track campaign performance using defined KPIs (placements, response rates, conversions), maintain accurate outreach records, and prepare performance reports.




- Explore and test new outreach strategies (digital PR, niche collaborations, content partnerships) to maximize results.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, and ethical outreach practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in outreach, link building, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Robust project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive outreach messages.
- Familiarity with outreach and SEO tools (BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Mailshake, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is a plus.
- A results-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
