Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to support and manage key Finance & Accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Manage and review Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets,



and account reconciliations.
- Support timely month-end and year-end book closure activities.
- Assist in payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial analysis, profitability reports, and other reports required by management.
- Identify opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining finance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Support senior management in financial planning and business decision-making.
- Guide and coordinate with junior members of the finance team when required.

Required Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
