About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about building high-performing sales teams and can own end-to-end hiring for B2B SaaS Sales roles. You’ll work closely with Sales Leaders and Hiring Managers to hire talent across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales, with a robust focus on proactive sourcing, speed, quality and hiring at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for B2B SaaS Sales roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive high-volume hiring for SDR/BDR, AE and Enterprise Sales positions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, communities and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and assess candidates based on relevant SaaS sales experience, quota, attainment,
deal size, sales cycle and market/segment exposure.
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders to understand hiring requirements and continuously improve candidate quality.
- Manage the recruitment funnel and ensure strong conversion across sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and joining.
- Track hiring metrics and use data to improve sourcing and conversion.
- Build talent pools for recurring and future sales hiring needs.
- Ensure a great candidate experience while maintaining speed and hiring discipline.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience hiring Sales/Revenue roles, particularly AEs, BDRs/SDRs and Enterprise Sales.
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales profiles and hiring requirements.
- Comfortable with high-volume, target-driven hiring.
