Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding.
- Perform testing, validation, and data migration activities.
- Create process documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide end-user support and resolve implementation issues.
- Support rehire processes and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong critical thinking and issue-resolution skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented teams.
