Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/customers, understanding their learning requirements, explaining suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, fees, career opportunities, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic/admissions team for smooth enrollment.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA candidates can be considered.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or EdTech preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
