JOB TITLE: Commercial Executive/ Senior Executive

REPORTS TO: AM - Commercial

LOCATION: Chennai

POSITIONS OBJECTIVE: (Brief on positions objective)

Role & responsibilities
- Preparing store wise MIS
- Comparison of Budget vs actual
- Review store wise performance.
- Regular monitoring & get legal compliance completed on time
- Make sure SOPs are followed
- Suggest and implement cost optimisation processes/activities
- Closely coordinate with HO for market related ask and vice versa.
- AR Reconciliation, Utility payment process
- Vendor Invoice accounting
- GRN/SRN processes
- Statutory license & Compliances
- Quarterly store Audits and calculation of Inventory recovery storewise
- Preparation of MIS and provision and providing data required by HO and resolving audit queries
- Coordinating with consultants for compliances and the notices received in store
- Asset sale,



scrap and transfer entry in SAP
- Drafting of the Lease agreement and coordination with Legal team and Landlord for lease registration
- Renewal of Lease and HK -Security agreements
- Doing SRN for Rent and CAM and preparation of F&F; during store closure
- Refund, Recent EDC machine request , Cash pickup and digital payment ( Paytm) machine request
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Business Finance or Financial Planning
- Eye for details and must have excellent communication (written and oral skills)
- Client service oriented
- Good analytical skills and must be proficient in MS excel
- Capable of following through on multiple projects and handling multiple tasks
