About the Role

Diggibyte Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR Operations and end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage the employee lifecycle and support talent acquisition requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
- Support attendance and leave management and coordinate payroll-related inputs.
- Address employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement, welfare, and other HR initiatives.




- Manage exit formalities and ensure the smooth completion of offboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and internal processes.
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure the timely closure of open positions.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
