Job Summary

We are looking for a patient-focused and well-communicative Patient Coordinator Cum Hospital Counsellor to guide patients and their attendants throughout their hospital journey. The candidate will be responsible for patient counselling, coordination between patients and hospital departments, explaining treatment processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding hospital services, treatment procedures, admission, discharge, and other relevant processes.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, estimated costs, and hospital policies in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics, pharmacy, front office, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Assist patients and attendants with their queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation of concerns.
- Coordinate OPD/IPD admissions, appointments, investigations, procedures, and discharge-related activities.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations, treatment plans,



and scheduled visits.
- Maintain proper records of patient counselling, follow-ups, and enquiries.
- Ensure patients and attendants receive accurate information and appropriate guidance.
- Identify patient concerns and coordinate with the concerned department or management for resolution.
- Support patient retention and improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Maintain qualified communication and confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist in collecting patient feedback and reporting recurring concerns to management.
- Perform other patient coordination and counselling duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital administration background will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, patient relations, counselling, or front-office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
