Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing dealers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify new business prospects through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field.
- Product Knowledge - WPC /ACP /HPL /LOUVERS /SILICONE
- Proven track record of achieving target achievement in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of dealer development, dealer network development, product promotion, sales & marketing principles.
