As a Sales Associate at Febno Technologies, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, introduce suitable ERP and business solutions, and support the complete sales process from initial enquiry to successful conversion. You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to the continued sales growth of Febno Technologies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and online channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Introduce and present ERP and business applications to potential customers.
- Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales through skilled and consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate online product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain customer information, leads,



opportunities, and follow-up activities accurately in CRM.
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional business requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on Febno's solutions and relevant industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, software sales, ERP sales, customer service, or business development.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
