Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary:
Responsible for interior design, space planning, working drawings, material selection and coordination from the Head Office, along with regular project/site visits to ensure proper execution as per approved design, quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, presentations and design proposals for residential/commercial projects.
- Prepare and review working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, joinery and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, MEP teams, Contractors, Vendors and Site Teams.
- Prepare/review BOQ, material specifications, quantity estimates and material requisitions.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting and other interior elements.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings, design intent and quality standards.




- Identify and resolve design/detailing issues at site and provide practical execution solutions.
- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups and material installations.
- Coordinate with Procurement/Purchase for material availability, specifications and timely delivery.
- Maintain drawing registers, design documents, approvals and project records.
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/CRM wherever required for show flats, sample flats, brochures, sale plans and customer-related requirements.
- Monitor design-related timelines and ensure drawings/approvals are issued within project schedules.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with site and project teams and provide design updates to management.
- Ensure proper handover of final drawings, specifications and as-built documentation.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization software preferred.
