About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's social media presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, running paid campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. This role requires someone who can strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth through innovative social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, HR,



and business development teams to produce high-quality digital content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies for promotional activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
