Job Description – Business Development Executive (NAPS & NATS)

About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire corporate clients for our NAPS & NATS implementation services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and business closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and networking.
- Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Plant Heads, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings and explain NAPS/NATS benefits, eligibility, and implementation process.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build and maintain solid corporate client relationships.
- Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM/sales trackers and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.





Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in corporate client acquisition and lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling and meeting senior decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, email, and LinkedIn.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Education/EdTech, Staffing, HR Services, Skill Development, Corporate Training, Recruitment, or Apprenticeship backgrounds will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, HR, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
