We are looking for a
Senior Content Strategist | Influencer & Personal Brand
who understands what makes content perform on social media.

This is
not a traditional content writing role
.

We are looking for someone who has hands on experience working with
influencers, creators, personal brands or social media agencies
and has contributed to content that generated significant views, reach, engagement, audience growth or business results.

You should understand what makes people stop scrolling, what keeps them watching and what makes them take action.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging scripts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts and other short form content

• Develop scripts and content structures for YouTube, podcasts and long form content

• Create strong hooks, angles, storytelling structures and calls to action

• Research social media trends, formats and successful content patterns

• Develop ideas for carousels, social posts and other content formats





• Work closely with video editors and creative teams to communicate how content should be edited and presented

• Provide creative direction around pacing, cuts, captions, B roll, visual hooks, on screen text and audience retention

• Turn complex topics into easy, engaging and easy to consume content

• Understand an influencer or founder’s personality, audience and positioning and ensure the content feels authentic to their voice

• Analyse content performance and use data to understand what worked, what did not and how future content can be improved

• Work directly with influencers, founders and internal teams to develop content that builds personal brand, authority, engagement and business results
