Role Description
This full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports, and continuously improving hiring practices to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Qualifications
- Should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions.
- Should possess skills in Employer Branding to enhance the organization’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
