Role Overview:-

We are looking for an HR Associate with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and a keen interest in managing Employee Engagement activities. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting employee engagement, HR operations etc.

Key Responsibilities:-

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:-
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and roll out offers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed TAT.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Coordinate onboarding formalities, including documentation and bank account creation.

Employee Engagement:-
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities as per the monthly calendar.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of activities.
- Track participation and gather employee feedback.

HR Operations and Compliance:-
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR compliance and operational activities.
- Maintain HR trackers, employee records, and documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc HR requests and special projects.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with strong Talent Acquisition exposure.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid ownership, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR
