Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Associate at The Indus Valley, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in our health-focused cookware products. This role is based at the Bangalore Warehouse and will support incoming inspection, product quality verification, documentation, stock segregation and coordination of quality-related activities. You will be a key contributor to our mission of infusing every kitchen with goodness and transforming cooking into a health oriented experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Quality Support: Support incoming inspection, product quality verification, documentation, stock segregation, and coordination of quality-related activities at the Bangalore Warehouse.

2. Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive quality checks on incoming materials and finished cookware products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.

3. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing product quality, streamlining quality processes, and reducing defects or discrepancies.

4. Testing Protocols: Develop and implement testing protocols, including heat resistance, durability, and safety evaluations, to ascertain the reliability and health-centric nature of our cookware.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of quality assessments, testing results, stock segregation, and corrective actions taken. Generate detailed rep
