We are looking for an experienced
AGM / GM – Sales & Marketing
to lead our
Sales & Marketing function for a Foundry business
, with a strong focus on
international markets and global customer development
.

Pitampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

AGM / GM – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute
domestic & international sales strategies
, with primary focus on global markets.
- Identify and develop current customers across
Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and other international markets
.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, distributors and global sourcing teams.
- Drive business development, new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage international enquiries, RFQs, commercial negotiations and order conversion.
- Develop market intelligence, competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive export business and achieve annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience:
15+ years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the
Foundry / Casting / Auto Component / Engineering industry
.
- Strong experience in
international B2B sales and business development
.
- Existing exposure/network with international customers will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of casting products, customer requirements and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
