We are looking for a Cloud OpsTechnical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience who can drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Agile/Scrum, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management, and should have worked closely with Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams.

The role involves managing multiple projects/workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking program milestones, handling escalations, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud/platform-related initiatives.

As a Lead Cloud Ops Technical Program Manager, you will :
- Partner with a global team to drive infrastructure and development projects in cloud and data center environments.
- Use your technical skills and leadership abilities to architect clear project goals and drive end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent complex projects to a successful conclusion.
- Oversee project and program progress, automate status reporting, manage critical path risks and issues,



and develop strategic plans to mitigate them through collaboration with partner teams.
- Optimize project estimation and team capacity planning processes to ensure consistent, predictable and efficient project delivery outcomes.
- Translate executive strategy and business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Be responsible for the design, enhancement and automation of critical processes such as Availability Management, Service Metrics Reporting, and others as deemed necessary.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through development and reviews of KPI dashboards related to project delivery and facilitate regular business reviews with partner teams.
