Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular fire and safety inspections of the workplace.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire, health and safety regulations.
- Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms and emergency equipment.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation drills and safety training.
- Train employees on fire prevention, emergency response and PPE usage.
- Monitor hot work, confined space, work-at-height and other high-risk activities.
- Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
