2. Job Purpose
The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to the growth of the Vapi Branch. The role will involve identifying prospective clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in Vapi, Silvassa, Daman and surrounding industrial and commercial areas.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, references, market visits, databases, professional associations and other sources.
- Approach prospective clients and introduce the firm's professional services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant department/Partner for suitable service proposals.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms within the authority delegated by management.
- Convert qualified leads into new clients and achieve assigned business acquisition targets.
B. Market Development
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential industries, companies and business groups.
- Develop relationships with promoters, directors, CFOs, HR heads, legal professionals, finance professionals and other key decision-makers.
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling and introducing additional professional services to existing clients.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and existing clients.
C. Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain a systematic record of all leads, prospects, meetings, proposals and conversion status.
