Roles and Responsibility
- Manage event production from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts that align with client objectives.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage logistics.
- Analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event production management, preferably in the hospitality or advertising industry.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
