Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and business targets for the assigned region.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and customer base.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, warehouse, infrastructure and other construction segments.
Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, developers, PEB companies, fabricators and key customers.
Drive specification selling and ensure products are specified in upcoming projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, negotiation, order closure and customer relationship management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal technical, design,
operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver consistent business performance.
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years of experience in B2B / Project Sales
Experience in building materials, steel, roofing & cladding, sandwich panels, PEB or construction solutions preferred
Strong understanding of project sales and specification selling
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Solid business development and strategic thinking abilities
