Mirchandani Group is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head_Business Unit (Real Estate) to lead an independent real estate business unit with complete P&L; responsibility.
This leadership role will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from strategic planning and project development to construction, sales coordination, customer handover, and business profitability.
Location: Pune
Experience: 15+ years in Real Estate Development with proven leadership in managing end-to-end projects and business operations.

Reporting & Operations Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and strategic reports.
- Track schedules, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and pending
- operational activities.
- Support management through strategic reporting, presentation
- preparation,
and operational analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and management records.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates with Management, Finance, Business Administration, or CA (Appeared/Inter) background preferred.
- Candidates with entrepreneurial or business-handling experience will be preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in business operations, executive coordination, leadership support, operational management, or strategic coordination roles preferred.
