PRMK Energy is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager / Director to drive commercial growth and expand our energy portfolio. In this role, you will lead deal origination, strategic partnership development, and commercial negotiations for energy projects (e.g., renewable generation, energy storage, utility-scale power purchase agreements, or grid services).

The ideal candidate brings deep energy industry networks, a solid track record of structuring complex commercial transactions, and the financial acumen necessary to assess project viability from origination through financial close.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination & Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new commercial opportunities, including off-taker partnerships, project acquisitions, Joint Ventures (JVs), and utility/corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with corporate energy buyers, utilities, landowners, project developers, financiers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Commercial Negotiation: Structure,



negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements, including off-take agreements, joint development agreements, supply contracts, and asset acquisitions in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Market Intelligence & Feasibility: Monitor energy market dynamics, regional transmission organization (RTO/ISO) rules, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to identify strategic growth vectors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, land, interconnection, finance, and legal teams to evaluate project feasibility, model revenues, and de-risk commercial opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust BD pipeline, presenting strategic recommendations, risk assessments, and investment memos to executive leadership and investment committees.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field;
