About the Role

We are a growing software development team looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us identify and acquire new clients for our development services.

We work on custom software projects across different domains, including gaming, e-commerce, SaaS, education, fintech, and other business applications. We are open to building solutions based on the client's requirements rather than limiting ourselves to a specific industry or technology.

What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients and businesses that require software development services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients and understand their business and project requirements.
- Qualify leads and arrange discussions with our technical team when required.
- Follow up with prospects and help move qualified leads toward project discussions and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




- Explore new channels and strategies for generating software development opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, IT sales, software services, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently research and identify potential clients.
- Understanding of how software development projects work is a strong advantage.
- Experience finding clients for software development agencies, freelancers, or tech companies is highly preferred.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Most importantly, you should be focused on generating actual business opportunities and clients, not just leads or outreach volume.

Compensation & Engagement

We are flexible regarding the engagement model and are open to:
- Full time
- Part-time
- Contractual
- Commission-based or fixed + commission arrangements
