Role Description
The Debt Recovery Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end debt recovery processes, including monitoring overdue accounts, prioritizing recovery actions, and implementing strategies to reduce NPAs.



Daily responsibilities include engaging with borrowers, negotiating repayment plans, coordinating with legal and compliance teams where necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation and recovery reports. The Debt Recovery Manager will analyze portfolio performance, identify risk patterns, and recommend process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency. This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure ethical, transparent, and regulation-compliant recovery practices.
