MIS Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage daily reports, maintain accurate data, prepare MIS reports, and support management with timely and reliable information. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data management, reporting, and basic analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, update, verify, and maintain operational data.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and records accurately.
- Generate reports related to business performance, productivity, attendance, sales, and operations.
- Perform data analysis and identify errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare dashboards and summaries as required by management.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Ensure reports are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation and data records.




- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Handle data cleaning, formatting, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, and basic charts.
- Good data management and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint is an advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with Freshers in MIS, reporting, back office, or data management are preferred.
- Good computer knowledge is required.
