Main duties & responsibilities

Overall Hotel Operations

Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.

Ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain hotel standards and procedures.

Guest Satisfaction

Handle guest complaints and important guest requests.

Monitor guest feedback and online reviews.

Ensure excellent service and hospitality.

Staff Management

Manage department heads and employees.

Prepare duty schedules and monitor attendance.

Train staff and improve their performance.

Conduct meetings and performance reviews.

Financial Management

Monitor daily revenue and expenses.

Control operational costs.

Achieve room occupancy and revenue targets.

Monitor cash handling and financial reports.

Sales & Marketing

Increase room bookings and occupancy.

Develop corporate and travel-agent relationships.

Promote the hotel through online platforms and social media.





Monitor competitor rates and offers.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

Ensure rooms and public areas are clean and maintained.

Check room quality regularly.

Ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure fire safety, security, hygiene, and legal requirements are followed.

Maintain proper records and licenses.

Conduct regular safety inspections.

Reporting

Review daily occupancy, ADR, revenue, complaints, and operational reports.

Report hotel performance to the CGM management.

Set targets and take corrective action when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
