About the Role

We’re looking for a
proactive, analytical, and highly organized Associate – Strategy & Operations
to work closely with the CEO.

You’ll be involved in
strategic initiatives, business research, project execution, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination
. This role offers direct exposure to leadership and an opportunity to understand how a fast-growing multi-business organization operates and scales.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership.
- Support the CEO in evaluating priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Track key projects, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Convert ideas into structured plans, SOPs, trackers, and processes.
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports.




- Coordinate between the CEO and internal teams.
- Organize leadership meetings and track key decisions and action items.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience
- 1–3 years in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Research, Program Management, or Founder’s Office roles.
- Exceptional freshers with solid analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills
