What Youll Do

As an Executive - Inside Sales at LevelShift, you will:
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn activities to engage potential clients.
- Research and identify prospective clients through web searches, business directories, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong lead and prospect pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and effectively present LevelShifts services and value proposition.
- Schedule meetings and work closely with the Sales team to support business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, opportunities, and client interactions.




- Work towards individual and team goals while continuously improving lead conversion metrics.
- Develop strong knowledge of LevelShifts products, services, and technology offerings.
- Participate in training and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Your Skillset
- Graduate with a strong interest in Business Development, Sales, or Technology.
- Basic understanding of Technology and the IT landscape.
- Strong LinkedIn knowledge and prospecting skills.
- Valuable understanding of AI and emerging technologies with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Power BI will be an added advantage.
