ZnT Sim is looking for a full-time, Graduate Building Physics and LCA Engineer. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about sustainability and energy modeling. The role includes:
- Lifecycle Asessement (LCA) studies using OneClick
- Performing heating and cooling load calculations.
- Conducting daylight studies for LEED and BREEAM certifications.
- Working on energy modeling tasks for certifications such as LEED/BREEAM.
- Performing thermal comfort studies, Part L assessments, and overheating analyses.

ZnT Sim primarily utilizes IESVE and OneClick software for these analyses, and comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates should also have a willingness to learn additional tools, such as Ladybug for microclimate studies and HAP for load calculations, as required.

Work Hours

9am to 6pm Indian Standard Time (1 hr break), Mon-Fri (8hrs/day), flexible timing can be discussed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- A strong desire to contribute to the sustainability industry and make a meaningful impact.




- The ability to take initiative and work independently.
- A basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts and basic energy modeling practices.
- A basic understanding of at least one energy modeling tool such as IESVE, eQuest, OpenStudio, or HAP.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- The ability to think critically and resolve complex issues effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
